Sally-Anne provides supervisory support for qualified and experienced counsellors and psychotherapists, therapists in training and fellow supervisors.
Counselling is a profession which at times can be as challenging as it is rewarding. It can also be quite a solo and at times demanding profession, therefore an experienced, courageous and wholehearted supervisor is essential. A consistent person to walk with you in your practice.
Sally is a qualified Supervisor (P.G Dip) and Group Supervisor, Qualified Counsellor (Masters - Level 7) and qualified adult lecturer in Counselling & Supervision (PGCE).
Sally lectures in supervision, therefore has a thorough understanding of theory, ethics and helping supervisees make best use of supervisory time. Often drawing from the 7 eyed model to guide her work with supervisees, to leave 'no stone unturned'. In addition, Sally has taught on accredited counselling courses in the past. This means she has an in depth knowledge of Person Centred theory and use of advanced counselling skills.
Sally has recorded therapy sessions with the Counselling Skills Academy and contributed many lectures aimed at qualified and trainee therapists with the Counselling Tutor. The lectures have been very well received by members of the community.
Sally treats supervisees as fellow professionals and addresses issues raised through in depth exploration and mature discussion.
She enjoys laughing and prides herself in her informal, approachable attitude.
Sally-Anne provides supervision for qualified and trainee counsellors, psychotherapists and fellow supervisors.
The fee for supervision is £60 per hour. In most circumstances this would mean a £90 per month financial commitment.
